Springfield Catholic is entering a new era with Jordan Epps taking over as the head boys basketball coach, moving over from Springfield Central after building a strong run that included a Final Four appearance and a program identity rooted in pace, pressure, and culture. Epps arrives with a coaching background shaped by his playing days at Nixa, his time at Avila, and a rapid rise through the Missouri basketball ranks, including a strong presence in youth development through the Missouri Flight program.

At his core, Epps is expected to bring a fast-paced, high-pressure style built on quick decision-making and tempo, continuing the approach that helped define his success at Central.
